Optical Imaging

The LAGO Optical Imaging system (Spectral Instruments Imaging/Bruker) enables highly sensitive optical imaging through detection of bioluminescence or fluorescence signals in small animals and cells. Additionally, the system allows reliable capture of weak signals as well as imaging in the near-infrared range.

For data analysis, the Aura Imaging software (Spectral Instruments Imaging/Bruker) is available.
